The Project Portal is our in-house platform for collecting project details. It's also an entrypoint to our secure chat and file sharing service.

We found that collecting project details (including screenshots, wireframes, and other files) in a secure environment before hopping on a call is the best way to start the conversation.

We offer two kinds of flows.

In the case of quick fixes (like "This code is driving me crazy, please fix it ASAP"), we have something like this:

• You create a project on the Project Portal.
• You submit the issue details in the form of a Task. Make sure to include as much detail as possible.
• We review the task within 1 hour and provide a quote.
• If you accept the quote, we start working on the fix (which might include jumping on a call with you).

In the case of larger projects (such as "We want to build a new product from scratch"), it's roughly like this:

• You create a project on the Project Portal.
• You upload files (screenshots, wireframes, etc.) and describe your project in detail.
• You schedule a call with us to discuss the project.
• On the call, we can discuss how to best approach the project, and what the timeline might look like.

Of course, you're free to just drop us an email or schedule a call right away, skipping the Project Portal.
